Run issuer conformance

Run the full conformance suite against the issuer's declared `apiBaseUrl`.

Sandbox APIhttps://sandbox-api.nuvante.io

Sends synthetic burn and mint instructions to your declared apiBaseUrl in sandbox and records a pass or fail for each scenario. The suite covers the happy path, an explicit rejection, silence past approvalSlaSeconds, replaying a request with the same idempotency key, and callback signature checks. Your profile can only be promoted to production once every mandatory scenario passes. Needs manageIssuedAssets (issuer tenant admins only).
