Mint sandbox agent

Create a sandbox agent identity with a scoped mandate.

Creates a mandate for an autonomous agent with some of your own capabilities, an optional GBP amount cap and an expiry date. The capabilities you ask for are checked against your own when the agent is minted, so you can't give an agent more than your participant has. Needs the manageOwnAgents capability (tenant admins only). Cross-platform interoperability (AP2 and x402, DIDs) is planned for Phase 2.

expiresAt	string (ISO 8601 datetime) · body	Yes	When the mandate expires. Transactions from an expired agent are rejected.
amountCapGbp	string (decimal) · body	No	An optional per-transaction cap in GBP. Transactions above it are rejected.
