Get webhook subscription

Fetch one webhook subscription by ID.

Returns the status, URL, event list and delivery details for one subscription. Use it to spot when a subscription has been disabled automatically, which happens with status: disabled after 72 hours of continuous failures. Needs webhooks:manage.
