Integration journey

  1. Apply through self-service onboarding
  2. Read Platform concepts: the non-custodial model, the saga and how modes are derived
  3. Complete Getting started: key, status check, one redemption, one poll
  4. Choose a custody model: self-custody, MPC or CaaS
  5. Set up your chain accounts using the relevant chain guide
  6. Check your wallet permissions for the lock on each chain
  7. Find the sandbox issuer IDs and asset codes for your participant
  8. Hook polling or webhooks up to the transaction lifecycle
  9. Register a webhook endpoint and verify HMAC signatures
  10. Base your error handling on stable codes
  11. Work through the sandbox checks
  12. Review the production host, key prefix and sandbox-only features

What you can check in sandbox

  • Idempotency works: the same Idempotency-Key and body replays the original response, and a different body returns idempotency_key_reused.
  • Your error handling branches on errors[].code.
  • Webhook delivery works: you verify the signature in Nuvante-Signature and deduplicate on Nuvante-Webhook-Id.
  • You handle parked transactions as success envelopes with parked: true.
  • Your API keys stay on the server. The portal only showed the secret once.
  • You show receiveAmount, platformFeeAmount and debitAmount as separate fields.

Before production

  • You've tested your real custody path (the sandbox simulated issuer doesn't cover this).
  • You have an account on each production chain you'll use. See Chains.
  • Optional FX pairs, each with its own status: Live GBP/EUR, Live GBP/USD, Design GBP/HKD, Design GBP/SGD and Design GBP/AUD.
  • You're using the production host and key prefix from Going to production.
