Scheme

  • GBP leg: Bank of England Synchro, which already has a live adapter for GBP settlement.
  • EUR leg: ECB TARGET2.

How it works

A conversion for a single holder builds on the existing swap saga (lock, earmark, burn, settle, mint), with a firm quote that fixes the amounts that get executed. Bilateral PvP is planned for production and isn't part of the prototype.

Fees

You'll see the same three fee fields: receiveAmount, platformFeeAmount and debitAmount. The fee settles to either the BOE_SYNCHRO or the ECB_TARGET2 house account, depending on which leg it's taken from. See Platform fees.
