Routing everything through GBP

GBP is the hub. A conversion between two other currencies, say EUR to SGD, goes through GBP in two hops. This is how the system is designed to work. We build currency pairs as demand appears, the same way we build chain adapters, so we only publish pages for GBP pairs.
