Balances and reserves

Read the identity and available balances for the caller you're authenticated as.

Try in sandbox

If there's no participant attached, GET /api/v1/me/balances returns an empty data array. Reading reserves needs the reserves:read scope. Zero-knowledge reserve proofs are covered in Reserve proofs.

Use the smallest scope you can

Use balances:read to see balances. Only add reserves:read for integrations that actually need issuer reserve information. When you create keys in the sandbox portal, give them the fewest scopes they need.
